Hi, welcome to the forum.
You can do the test yourself turning on and off your device (or airplane mode on/off) and check your IP address online on sites like IPBurger.
Your IP should be changed I guess.

What is dangerous using more than one account on mobile is the app.
Apps shares a lot of informations so are not suitable for stealth accounts.
