Amazon sms code never arriving

Hi

so I have 4 european amazon ccounts with billng addresses, local mobile phone numbers (real sims), and local ips.
Now I want to verifiy the account (not a seller account) by adding my phone number but the SMS with the verification code never arrives, already waiting over 1h and did resend.
Does anyone have experience with this?

No one? Can anyone think of a reason why amazon isn't sending those sms?
It's a stealth account but not 100% i guess:

- Luminati IP (rotating residential IPs)
- Real NL phone SIM (with someone in NL to verify SMS or take a call if needed)
- Reloadable VCC that shows Amex, already ordered something with this kind of card.

So i have 4 accounts like those and I thought in order to increase credibility, I'd add phone verification (Amazon buying account), but the verification SMS are never arriving.

On a side note: The gmail verification sms did arrive fast!
