Paypal , automatic payment method

hey !

I have a problem adding paypal to my ebay account. when I try to set my paypal as automatic payment method its showing me this message:

Sorry, we weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time.

what means and how can i solve this problem?

I'm also having this problem. Any suggested guys please.
I'm not sure if eBay will accept my cc. I've read somewhere that it's ideal to use the CC for automatic payment method.

Have you guys confirmed your PP with bank account yet? Then wait 1 day to add to ebay?

No yet. I haven't added my bank yet. I just add my bank account when i know for sure that the paypal is usuable already (that i can send and receive payments without problems).
