 FYI: Mastercard Vanilla Cards no longer work for canadians
Tried to identify 2x eBay Stealth accounts with two 25$ Vanilla Mastercard, after I registered both of them on www.vanillamastercard.com with matching address and info...
"You cannot use prepaid cards to confirm your identity" came up. This was as of today on eBAY.ca
