Im guessing this is because of Virtual bank account. which is the payoneer he is providing. these are virtual accounts as well.

it probably raises a certain fraud score with etsy. not a red flag insta ban, but maybe a yellow flag that raises suspicion with the account already.

I have 2 account from him so far. Both are survived of the 1st order (one account with over 20 sales. the other one got 1 sale so far and still alive).
Try to follow the instruction from his sheet. It does help.
Use Residential Proxy (proxy-seller.com or Asocks.com , both site are good).
Warm up the store (browse some products daily like regular Etsy users for a week). list product slowly ......
I have purchased Etsy acct from many different sellers (UK, Morocco, Asian, Ukraine ...), I would said his account setup is on the top level (clear with everything. Respond to all message/question - even slower sometimes, but he always reponse to the message).

One important point is that (from my personal experience), when your etsy account got suspended, you feel so frustrated, panic and helpless in the dark .... He is just like a light in the dark that give you hope .... you know someone you can count on to get reliable Etsy acct and help you back on selling on Etsy ....

There are many sellers online sell Etsy account, I think his price and account quality is something I would say fair/affordable and helpful for people who need Etsy account.

My exp with this seller:
I bought 4 accounts from this seller in 2021 & there is one live account (>1000 sales). The other 3 accounts suspended after 1st sale. Yes, his reply was slow but he did reply me after 1-2 days.

There is no way to give a reviews within days.

1) I owe fees, so now I need to figure out a VCC for ukraine, since there is no sales on it.

2) the listing isn't getting indexed, 48 hours later. How long? who knows.

3) since this is stealth the instructions are not 100% clear. Ukraine stealth probably has more steps, such as

What should the shipping from profile be?
What tracking numbers from which regions can I use?
Where do I get ukrainian VCCs or can I use any us/canadian vcc?(to pay fees)
How long does it take to get indexed? (usually?)
How to transfer funds out from stealth payoneer?

He needs to write a better guide regarding those questions above.

This is my main concern. Now instead of worrying about 1 stealth account being banned, we are adding a stealth payoneer account into the equation.

Yes it makes sense for this concern. But payoneer does not give any issues for using account with etsy, as they made a direct partnership for that (similar like amazon). Also, personally we have some payoneers 5-6 years old, used with multiple etsy accounts and never had an issue.

You are more likely to have problems using online banks like wise with your etsy account, due to name mismatch, etc.

My team is happy to give anyone who needs a guidance, how to cashout payoneer, how to buy crypto with it, what VCC to use if its needed for etsy.

Our guide provides main principles how to make account stable (when to list, how much to list, what ip to use), but don't hesitate to ask if you have any specific questions.
