Hi I am looking for buying an ebay and PayPal acc.
I have been reading eBay Stealth but never tried practically.

How can I verifiy paypal, I have one bank acc which i can use this time.but what if I get suspended again? Do I have to get new bank account.

How can I use vcc to verify paypal.
