Worst service i ever bought.

First paypal got limited after 5 days, and second one is still not working after 3 weeks.
User has very garbage and unprofessionnal service.

Do not buy, this is a straight up scam.

I had the same issue each account he gave needed a phone number and he kept on saying he didn’t receive the text. Then eventually two freshly made accounts with 200 limits were given ( I paid for 100 item limit ). Then he gave a so called high limit account but wanted me to contact eBay to get the number changed and it is not changed. He even had the cheek to ask me to send him the Two 200 limit accounts. (Which I can’t really use).

Don’t purchase. May be some people get accounts or the ones saying good business are the same person/team etc. He even told me that eBay have made things hard and he will stop selling. Total rip off/scam. JohnG is not lying
