At the end of the day, its up to you to make sure you have the docs needed to get it fully verified, whether you get creative or if you purchased from any vendors. Checks for ID from amz sp can come at random times, and especially at times when you make any account related changes/sales ramp.

you should write more posts so you will be able to send him Pm ... Not really nice/helpful for the forum, but as it seems to be the only way to contact him ...
