Amazon ASK for all commercial invoices of a listed product or they stop me to sell!
 

Dear Collegues,
I have purchased the AMAZON GHOST product (on May 21)

I have a problem.
Today I received a rule violation email in wich the Seller Performance Team ask me all commercial invoices of a product to check if it's as stated in my description.

This is the email transcription :

The products below could not match to the description you provided in the product page so we have removed it.
Amazon.it sellers are not allowed to offer products that are different from the ones described in their product pages.

I sell the product only 6 times in my account lifetime (6 months)

The problem is that when I bought that items I did not asked for invoices to the two sellers...

I contacted now asking the invoices and one seller sent me his 3 invoices but with TODAY DATE and without any reference to the date in wich I really bought ! (how could I have sold them on May if the buying invoice is dated 7 july!?)...

So I think these 3 invoices are useless...I don't know if Amazon accept also my Paypal report to demostrate the date of purchase.

the other 3 invoice I'm not able to get at all! becouse the seller do not reply me...maybe he does not exist anymore!

What should I do?? It's arrived the time to close my account JUST FOR 6 LITTLE STUPID ITEMS sold for few bucks ?!!!

I have 5 stars and 58 feedback , I sold 250 and more with 100% satisfied!

I always do my best for customers satisfaction... I really don't know what to do...

PLEASE HELP!!

Looks like the item you were selling is quite high risk (software category).

By the way, with Amazon, it doesn't even matter if you sold a high risk item, if you so much as list the item for sale (but not sell at all), they can take action immediately or later on down the line.

My advice is reach out and try get correct invoices. If need be, get creative.

It doesn't make sense they sent you today's invoice, contact them all and get them to send you an invoice with the corresponding sale date when you paid them.

If you don't remember, make sure it's was before you start selling them

Seems like you purchased these items from normal seller who sells on eBay or site as you claiming you can prove it through PayPal

Even genuine invoice these will be rejected 100% you need proper invoices from the offical distributor or supplier of the product you been selling.

Amazon are quite strict when it's comes to invoices

Then you cant sell product or even be suspended/banned if you continue to sell it

If you don't have invoices you can make some purchases from legitimate authorized sellers.

That would get you the invoices they want
