Hello,
My account was suspended on april for inauthentic claims. I've tried to appeal in several times without success.
I sent a new POA with creatives Invoice and auth letter, but Amazon doesn't answer me anymore.
Some weeks ago I sent an email to
payments-funds@amazon.com to request my on hold funds (USD 1700). After requesting more information they released my funds.
Is there anything else can I do to reactivate my account?
