Default Account limited after getting funds released?

I sold one item, a Samsung galaxy s on a two weeks old eBay account. The money was on hold with PayPal, so I called in to see if they could do a courtesy and release just this one payment early. (every time I've asked to have this done it has been done!)

I explained to a manager that I really needed this money before Christmas so that I could get gifts for my kids. He sounded like a very blank, miserable old man. I ended up getting in an argument with him calling him heartless and ignorant. (yes, I know that was childish of my, you don't need to tell me.)
anyways, I called a couple hours later and one of the representatives released the money for me. I transferred it to my bank account, and two hours later my account gets limited.

Wtf? For one item? I had $350 in that account, is that too much? Or could it possibly have to do with the fact that I was talking crap to the manager?

selling a cellphone on a 2 week old account, along with a big withdrawal = nothing good usually

Yeah, you really messed up there. Transferring $350 out of a 2 weeks old account, all at once, possibly without any feedback yet, will always get you limited.

Yeah that is way too much for such a young account.
Should have started with around 25-40 beforehand.
It just raised too many red flags for the bots

Not too late to learn and change habit for future sales.

It won't actually. I've withdrawn more than that on an account made literally the day before.

Probably not always, but most of the time. It's a different thing if you have $5000 in the account and withdraw $500, than if you withdraw $500 from a $500 balance.

It can be hit and miss - I have done more in the past without issues but I will agree with imjustme that most of the time, it will cause issues

if you withdraw your balance immediately after you get it, account gets limited. I noticed it for few accounts I had in the past.
