You oviously did not read their T&S at the time of that limitation.

It was clearly stated that they took teh right to still hold onto funds even after a 180 day limitation.

Nasty but still part of their games.

Certainly brings the 180 day release of funds to a different level.

Sorry for this shock for you.

It doesn't sound like your paypal balance is being permanently held.. That email you copied and pasted says, "funds for this transaction have been deducted from your PayPal account balance" which is because you received a payment from a hijacked paypal account. Those transactions get reversed 100% of the time. That's why it is important to make sure you are dealing with the true account holder.

Yes but the transaction happened 5 months ago. PayPal already opened a hold and I provided tracking and proof of stock and they released the holds. Now there asking the same information again. Should hear something in the next few days.

Yeah the stealth was strong because it got limited before but i got the limitation lifted and started doing bigger sales because i thought that after the first limitation it would be incredible hulk strong.

Well it was for a while until the next limitation permanently limited. the next two emails after calling was your paypal funds are eligible for withdrawal and also paypal notification:temporary hold removed. we have completed our investigation of the following transaction and have removed the temporary hold. This temporary hold was removed because we have determined that the transaction was authorized.
they've also released the funds a month earlier after calling in. i called earlier that day with no luck but when i called around closing time 9pm things went wayyyy better. nite time is the right time in my book.
