My amazon Product got suspended what can I do?
Hey guys so I received an email today that one of my offers got suspended and I now have to wirte an POA within 48h to get it activated again.
Its a fragile Product and I bet the ****ty transportation services throw the packages around so my Product arrives damaged or broken and thats why I received some complains. I also received a lot of 1 star ratings from my competitors as the accounts that made the bad reviews only post 1 star reviews.
So this is what they wrote me: The following negative customer return comments caused your offer to be suspended for investigation again:
A corner of one of the plate had already broken off when it was unpacked.
A piece has broken off at one corner. Visible when unpacking
Broken plate
Damaged during transport and broke.
Using the customer feedback given, please create and submit a plan of action documenting the following information:
For each type of customer reported damage issue
1) Describe the reported damage issue
2) Identify the root cause for that damage issue
3) Explain how you plan to improve your packaging to address that root cause
How does my POA has to look like so I can sell this product again?
