Amazon account suspended in just minutes

When I tried to list my first product my account has been suspended.
The reason is that is related to another sellers account.
The problem is that I never had any other sellers account and I never tried to sell anything on amazon before.
There is a button "reinstate your account" and I sent them a message month ago.
Never received any reply.
How can I sort it out or is it possible at all?How can I know what is wrong...?

If you haven't been linked to your knowledge, send an appeal with clear information and you should be reinstated, unless they do have a solid link
