Amazon Account Suspended - Restricted Product Deleted Weeks Before Suspension
My account recently got permanently suspended due to a restricted product claim. The frustrating part is that listing was already closed and deleted from my inventory 9 days ago.
Prior to the suspension, I had to send in an appeal for another listing which was flagged as restricted which I successfully appealed. I placed my account on vacation mode for a week and ended up switching back to an individual plan to cool the account off.
This morning I get an email saying the account is permanently suspended for restricted asins. I go to check my inventory thinking I made a mistake in not closing them properly, but just as I expected, they were closed and deleted. Usually it would take 2 days if you fail to act on the restricted product notification to get a deactivated notice. I acted with in a few minutes in removing any violating listings for these asins and my account was in good standing... until 9 days later.
Has anyone one dealt with this before? Is this an error or a new change in Amazon's handling of sellers?
