Providing Documents For Product Marked As Restricted?

Has anybody had any success in recovering a product marked by amazon's bots as restricted product?

Curious to know what steps to take and how thoroughly does amazon check the listing and documents provided to recover a listing?

Not worth the risk unless you have legit invoices

You could buy the products from a legit supplier and ask them to provide an invoice with your amazon shop information

It's not for trademark or ip infringement. This listing was flagged as tobacco related under their restricted policy.

We were selling plastic container tubes mistaken for tobacco related accessories, so I was wondering what the process is to over turn their claim.

Account is fried even after we closed and deleted the listing immediately from getting the notification.
