I don't care what anyone says, particularly if they claim they can 'help', if you have multiple violations on your account and it is permanently suspended you will never get it reactivated if it revolves around counterfeits or dropshipping. Those are the biggest killers IMO.
But for the purpose of giving it a shot, were you operating a legitimate dropshipping business which met Amazons strict criteria or were you engaging in retail arbitrage?
