Looks like Amazon randomly locked my sellers account due to unusual activity. Tried contacting seller and buyer support but haven't luck. Anyone know how to fix this? See message below at login screen. Since I cant bypass the login screen, I cant have them call me or access my cases.

No, bank info was untouched. The account was suspended so we created an appeal, but weren't able to login to submit it. It's been 3 weeks and no one has been able to help. They keep sending me instructions on submitting an appeal to unsuspend the account, but that's a separate issue.

why were you suspended? what marketplace? Lockouts are pretty common for sellers who confirm but don't ship out their items. keep trying every day to send emails. escalate it. it will be a challenge to get your new appeal to eyes that will really read it.

In this case, I have faced once. You can try to login as a buyer, then on the buyer page, there are some steps that you should follow. In my case, I have to submit a new bank statement. Once it done on verification, Amazon disables 2-FA and I can log in normally.
