What do I do about my locked Amazon account?

I register new seller account and start to list a new item.
My seller account is verified.
Have some new order. Next hour my account gets blocked.
I can't log in to seller Amazon

How can I do for this case? I do not receive any email from Amazon.

List your steps of account setup please for thorough analysis - tough to guess what you are doing

Can you forget password? If you reset password already It's will can login but if can't I think amazon delete your account.

Yes. I have forget the password and change to new pass. But cannot login.

Sounds like the accounts been deleted by Amazon. Not technically, but they've removed you from their system. Something must of triggered it.

If its a new account, forget about it, you need to start from scratch again. I say this because when Amazon deem you extremely high risk (for whatever reason) they delete the account completely, as oppose to just suspending it.

Most departments wont be able to even locate your account/details, only a few departments can actually see deleted accounts.

Again, if this is not worth fighting for, as you're unlikely to get anywhere (or much response for that matter), i'd move on. Very rarely would they reinstate your account thats been deleted.

Lot of posts about this - you should call or e-mail - chances are still low in general...but best of luck. Money might be lost.
