hi my account is locked by amazon
i get this email and i sended more email and chated with new email for this issue but they told me waiting for 24-48h ..i am waiting more than 100h and my account is locked yet !
Unfortunately i am not from USA and my billing address i added there is F a k e :( i have more balance in account because orders was canseled
how can i restore account ? please help me

I should clarify: BANK STATEMENTS cannot be cake....Amazon will call the bank to verify....

This stuff can definitely be Altered.Ive done it before and seen it done more times than I can count.They only verify how realistic these docs look,not the actual content you put on them.They have literally no access to tell whether the information on these docs are legit as long as the docs are formatted correctly.Meaning it cant look like a third grader made it.

Says who? They can verify if the details they are given are true or false.

If they ask if they have a customer named John Doe living at 123 ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Address, the bank can say "No" if that info is not correct.

I own scam,I made more accounts then you can count.This stuff is very easy to bypass.Amazon can not retrieve info from your bank account .Anyone on this forum will confirm that.Its stealth basics.Its litterally illegal for banks to give your personal info away without whoever is calling to go through a security check with the bank.

I PSd a real credit card statement with my stealth info and submitted it. They called the bank and the bank told them the name was wrong. Keep telling yourself you know what you're talking about.

They can and will call a credit card company to confirm your billing details, and the credit card company can and will tell them if what they have matches your account. PERIOD.

Certain people on this forum know who I am and how many people I service for amazon.Just because you keep throwing in PERIOD at the end of you statements doesnt mean you know anything.The reason they can confirm a credit card details is only because the test charge they do for $1.All merchant accounts come with the ability to security check credentials on someones cc or debit.But its not amazon calling and asking the bank,thats just a automatic function anyone with the ability to charge cards has for fraud purposes.And on top ,that function isnt giving amazon any personal info,its just declining the card.This is the reason we use vcc to bypass that function.If you was to forge docs that match the info on your account amazon has no way to confirm wether that info is real or made up.How do you think Uk stealth accounts are made with false docs to bypass their 15k limit.

You're not listening.

Once you trigger their internal systems, the "Account Specialist" team locks your account. This is actually part of their fraud department. This team will demand your credit cards statements. They will then CALL THE BANK to confirm the details on your account.

If the details do not match, the bank WILL tell them they do not match. ANY Merchant can call your bank if they have multiple credit card charges from you and ask them if the info they have on file matches what the bank has. The bank CANNOT reveal the information it has about you, but it can CONFIRM or DENY that the info being provided is correct.

You obviously have NOT dealt with this department. You're in over your head in this conversation.

Perhaps in this specific case they have contacted your bank however as a general rule Amazon do NOT externally verify any documentation that is sent to them. They perform a visual check only and pass documents based on that check.

I'm telling you my experience.

My account was locked because a charge on my BUYER account was denied by my issue do to going over my credit limit.

Amazon demanded the credit card statement. I sent it in, fixed, of course, professionally, and faxed it. They CALLED THE BANK and the bank told them the name doesn't match.

SPECIFICALLY this is what the "Account Specialist" stated.

THEY DO VERIFY CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS IF REQUESTED.

Can they verify your license? I doubt it. Utility bill? Probably not. But credit card statement? YES.

The lesson to be learned here is this:

DO NOT USE YOUR SELLER ACCOUNT TO MAKE PURCHASES ON AMAZON.

If anyone has dealt with a BUYER ACCOUNT lock and has info on how to resolve it, PM me. I'll gladly eat crow, publicly apologize for my ignorance, and beg for your forgiveness in the open forum if I'm wrong. I'm not above admitting to a mistake. Hell, I WANT to be wrong. I'll be HAPPY if I'm wrong.
