Deactivated Account can't even login - will I get my payout ever?

I got an e-mail out of the blue a couple weeks ago that my seller account was deactivated and now I cannot even login. It's a stealth account running in USA markets, fictitious info. I have sales that have not been paid out to my bank account that seem to now be stuck in there. I literally cannot even log into Amazon.com as a buyer or seller using the account, it just keeps saying my password is wrong even after reseting it. Some of the sales were from buyer accounts I control and the buyer accounts are still working. What will happen if I initiate returns? Should I just wait? The holiday return policy expires Jan 31, 2022. It's been a couple weeks now and no one responds from jeff@amazon.com. Usually by now I get an e-mail saying Amazon payment is on its way. How long after closing a bank account (USA) is it no longer possible for Amazon to charge you?

If you're going through the password reset loop and you can't login, they blocked/closed your account

No way to recover at this point. Something must have happened that they deemed permanently high risk / closed

Yeah that’s exactly where I’m at. If I was morally bankrupt I’d say this is a great business model, just take people’s money and give us no way to contact amazon. It would cost me more to hire an attorney than they are holding. So they never payout? They just steal people’s money if they feel like it?

Your account is basically deleted.

ANd yes, they are in total control.

So you bought from yourself? THen most likely they caught you.

I'd say move on and make a new account and stop buying from yourself.

From my experience when that happens the money is gone, amazon does not reply and just keeps the money. Multiple appeals and emails sent.I have had it happen to 10 accounts over the past 5 years and lost about £20k I had to swallow it up to the cost of doing business.

There are further actions that you can take. Amazon has legal departments for every every site. Email and postal address contacts can be found via google. You don't have to be a lawyer to send a legal letter and Amazon will reply 100% of the time to a correctly structured letter sent via registered post.

Yes, many times. It's easier in the UK where there is a cheap and easy process for small claims under 10K GBP (13k USD).
