Deactivated Account can't even login - will I get my payout ever?
I got an e-mail out of the blue a couple weeks ago that my seller account was deactivated and now I cannot even login. It's a stealth account running in USA markets, fictitious info. I have sales that have not been paid out to my bank account that seem to now be stuck in there. I literally cannot even log into Amazon.com as a buyer or seller using the account, it just keeps saying my password is wrong even after reseting it. Some of the sales were from buyer accounts I control and the buyer accounts are still working. What will happen if I initiate returns? Should I just wait? The holiday return policy expires Jan 31, 2022. It's been a couple weeks now and no one responds from jeff@amazon.com. Usually by now I get an e-mail saying Amazon payment is on its way. How long after closing a bank account (USA) is it no longer possible for Amazon to charge you?
