Hello,
Thank you for your response. We have reviewed the information you provided but we were unable to verify ownership of your visa payment ending in 6 because the document provided did not prove card ownership - please send us a document that includes name, address, last four digits, and transaction details of the card used.
Your account is still temporarily on hold.
You can resolve the issue by signing in to your Amazon US store account again and following the on-screen instructions. Once you have provided the required information, we will review it and respond within 24 hours. If you contact Customer Service, you will be routed to sign in and submit the online form.
When uploading a document to verify the ownership of the above payment method used for the transaction, be sure that the name, address, payment type, and relevant transaction information are clearly visible. In the case of a virtual card, attach an image or screenshot from the supporting application and a copy of any government issued ID, such as driver's license or passport, that displays your name. For your security, only display the last 4 digits of the payment method number.
I need help to get over this
I submited all good files 3 times and they rejected me
If someone had simillar situation please show me paper they ask

Yes I did but they didn't accept it and I don't have cc statement only bank statement and on that statement it is writed last 2 digits of credit card

When I signed up they rejected my download pdf statement but when I printed it out and took a picture they accepted it.

got the same message for amazon buyer account , looks like they stepped up their game and are using some kind of AI to detect altered document or something ?
anyone got similar story and have a solution for this ?

Should be an easy fix just need to update the VCC on file
If you don't have one to use, check the aspkin/service section there are a couple members that offer VCCs there

Your account is currently under review in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. During this review, FBA Shipment creation ability will be disabled and your funds will be withheld in accordance with our Funds Withholding Policy.
Why did this happen?
We have taken this action because we believe that your account or a related account is engaged in sales of counterfeit inventory which violates intellectual property rights, and may have been used to engage in deceptive or illegal activity that harms customers and our store. How do I demonstrate authenticity?
To demonstrate the authenticity of your account and your inventory, Please submit documents such as:

--Bank statement or credit card statement issued in the last 180 days which includes full name of the individual or of the business, residential or business address, bank information.
