If same OS/similar OS then you will have the same fingerprint.

What's the point of using different computers if you're already using a virtual machine? Nothing sees past the guest OS anyways, and most definitely not websites.

Because even from VMZ they can get your Grahic Card fingerprint. But 10 x Acer Aspire 1020 running same OS will produce the same fingerprint anyway.

To save someone else time in the future:

What is WebGL and why it’s dangerous?

WebGL (Web-based Graphics Library) is a collection of code for JavaScript that makes it possible for a website to access your video card in order to display interactive 3D-graphics using the HTML5 Canvas element—without using any third-party plug-ins.

WebGL can be a threat to your device security and online anonymity.

How to be protected?

You can disable WebGL manually in the browser Settings, or with a special plugins (e.g., "Disable WebGL" for Chrome).

How to disable WebGL in Firefox:

Open the browser settings page. To do this, type in the address bar: about:config

In the search box, type in: webgl

Find line “webgl.disabled”. It has the “false” value. It is necessary to change it to “true”. To do this simply click twice on this line.

How to disable WebGL in Google Chrome:

Find the Chrome shortcut, right-click it and select “Properties”.

The Target line contains the path to the file that starts the browser. It should end in chrome.exe. After that .exe, add a space and a record: -disable-webgl

From now on Chrome will be launched from this shortcut with a disabled WebGL.

Wow! I can't believe that the recommendation is to buy 50 laptops per year and resell them. VM does the same thing! If you feel like buying and selling all of these for n profit and no benefit, then go for it. And you have to set each of them up the way you need them, then restore them to resell!? The most ridiculous thing I've ever seen on here.

Do I need to disable WebGL if I use a different VM for each account?

Are there any updates on the matter of Amazon fingerprinting?

I'm currently trying to set up some new Amazon seller accounts through VirtualBox VMs (my previous VM stealth account got suspended after 6 months of good sales).

I'm pretty new to this, so thought I'd reach out to people with more experience :)

My method:

1. fresh IP for each VM (local IP firewall block)
1. fresh browser with different plugins for each VM
2. disabled webRTC, disabled IPV6

My questions:

Is it smart to disable UserAgent and WebGL or is that a red flag for Amazon?

Is there anything else I should pay attention to?

Cheers

Re: WebGL fingerprinting. You are no longer unique.

not advised to disable anything that would make you stick out, as most people aren't disabling anything on their own computer

it feels like amazon is updating fingerprinting monthly who knows

your best bet is getting new tablets if you want something unique/ready to go with minimal config. we are still doing vmware/virtualbox and modifying configs
