Hi pretty new to all this..i have 3 different accounts with ebay and payapl which are now limited and 1 of which is suspended. Can i use the details from them..cards banks etc.. to open Amazon accounts?? Are they linked to paypal or Ebay in anyway??

Nope, Ebay/PP are in no way connected to Amazon.
