Default Neg Feedback from an idiot buyer (Amazon)

Was reading some of the feedback from sellers selling the same items as me and couldn't believe that I saw a neg that someone else had received saying
"the movie was boring, would not order again"

Can you believe that Amazon would even let a feedback like that stay up there? Had nothing to do with the seller!

I had one that the guy left bad feedback that his item was not received, but had never contacted me to let me know. Then he sent a delivery inquiry a few days later. I apologized, refunded his purchase and asked since he left the feedback before he gave me the chance to make things right if he would consider withdrawing the feedback which he did.

I'm sure glad that I didn't blast him in the response to the feedback like I had initially intended to do.

Once i received a negative feedback saying "i liked only 1 song, the rest is c r a p, worst album ever" =) Well, i emailed amazon and received a reply which said it was my responsibility to make my customer happy with his purchase. Such things happen =)

Yes there will always been a small percentage of people that are plain weird. Many customers viewing that feedback will realise they are stoopid anyway.

I have considered doing some crazy things in retaliation for negs, but after I calmed down I realised I haven't got time to be playing Charles Bronson!

i think amazon will remove any negative feedback that is "product review"

One guy left me a negative, he bought 5 plus of different items of mine, within a months time. He always cancel the transaction. If was strange, i thought maybe it was a bot or something. Anyways he left a negative feedback that he never paid for, like i said he always canceled.

I emailed Amazon telling them that he is a fraud buyer, always cancels the transaction. They removed the feedback.

Well done! I go crazy when a buyer leaves a negative feedback saying "A1 service, couldn't be better!"

don`t wait for Amazon to remove the negative feedback ! when i receive a negative feedback which I don`t deserve Amazon is given me a link to customer support which deals with unfair feedback you just simply drop em an e-mail stating buyers name and order number reason why this feedback is unfair etc etc they already removed 10 + negative feedbacks for me already ... I hope this helps...
