Default Invoice request from customer?

I have looked over the forums for an answer to this but have had little luck. I have an invoice request from a customer who just ordered an item of mine. I do not see anywhere to send an invoice, or the fact that the customer even purchased it. It's gone from my inventory now, though, so obviously she initiated an order. I am not a pro merchant, just a basic seller. This is a new one on me. Any help would be appreciated.

Click on manage orders, if their name shows up with an order then they ordered it. If they didn't, then they are trying to scam you. Make sure to go through all your orders from ever ago. "Print packing slip" is the invoice that is suppose to be included with each order.

There are people who try to scam on amazon (not as many as ebay) so be careful. If all else fails, ask them for an order number, they should have gotten an email from amazon when they placed the order and you can search for that order number then

Instruct her to go to her order page and print out an invoice, the button is right there

When people ask for invoices, it's usually because they need a printout from you with the price on it, for reimbursement purposes. So just print out a copy of the order page and give them that.

Specify if she needs a VAT invoice and if so just let her know that you are not VAT registered and therefore there is nothing you can do about it. If she needs just a usual invoice then advise to print one off directly from her order page
