VCC with Amazon problem
I bought an Amazon VCC from a seller here and setup new account
Everything went good and list a few items for sale. They all got email confirmation of item listing.
Next couple days I try to log-in to my account but it not allow me to log-in
I try for got password and they did sent the password but till give me an error when try to log-in
I end up to contact Amazon by chat and the CSR told me that my account was on holding for verification and need the following information:
- phone number (provided it)
- Address (provided it)
- Full CC number (provided it)
- CC phone number on the back of the card (I don't have that one and the seller don't have it either)
Till now, the account is still in the neg side.
They told me that I should had received the email explain from them but I didn't, not an email to canceled the listing, I mean nothing.
Anyone have the same problem?
