Buyer bought item from me. She lives in another country an is using a mail forwarding service - researched the info and found it on google.
I got the order information from amazon, shipped the item to the buyer on May 23rd and the tracking says delivered on may 27th to the address provided to me by amazon. Tracking .....................
Buyer files a-z claim claiming that I missed delivery date, she said she contacted me but never did. No history of her contacting me in amazon. Im like wtf how can I miss delivery date when the item was delivered 4 days after purchase!
Few minutes ago I got an email from amazon stating that I lost the case and that my account is being charged for the item.
I dont get it, how stupid are these idiots at amazon. All they have to do it call the number the buyer provided and see that what I said was right. Its not my fault the buyer havent gotten her item. I sent it to the address provided to me.
The delivery confirmation alone should have proved my case. I dont get amazon their nothing but retards working there is seems.
If this is the case we can all use these guys and file claims to get a refund...
Does amazon just rule against sellers???
