Default Limited service from amazon

Buyer bought item from me. She lives in another country an is using a mail forwarding service - researched the info and found it on google.

I got the order information from amazon, shipped the item to the buyer on May 23rd and the tracking says delivered on may 27th to the address provided to me by amazon. Tracking .....................
Buyer files a-z claim claiming that I missed delivery date, she said she contacted me but never did. No history of her contacting me in amazon. Im like wtf how can I miss delivery date when the item was delivered 4 days after purchase!

Few minutes ago I got an email from amazon stating that I lost the case and that my account is being charged for the item.

I dont get it, how stupid are these idiots at amazon. All they have to do it call the number the buyer provided and see that what I said was right. Its not my fault the buyer havent gotten her item. I sent it to the address provided to me.

The delivery confirmation alone should have proved my case. I dont get amazon their nothing but retards working there is seems.

If this is the case we can all use these guys and file claims to get a refund...

Does amazon just rule against sellers???

Added amazon email

Hello from Amazon.com.

Thank you for writing back to us about order........ The information that you have provided does not prove that the item(s) were delivered to the buyer. As noted in Section (5.k) of the Participation Agreement:

"We reserve the right to seek reimbursement from Seller if we, in
our sole discretion, decide to reimburse Buyer under the terms
of the Amazon.com A-to-z Guarantee, provide a refund to Buyer if
Seller cannot promptly deliver the goods, discover erroneous or
duplicate transactions, or receive a chargeback from Buyer's
credit card issuer for the amount of Buyer's purchase from
Seller."

To review the Participation Agreement, please visit:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=1161302
We may obtain such reimbursement by deducting from future payments owed to Seller, reversing any credits to Seller's bank account, charging Seller's credit card, or seeking such reimbursement from Seller by any other lawful means.

We encourage you to contact the buyer directly to determine if the order was received subsequent to the claim. The buyer can then contact us at buyer-guarantee@amazon.com to let us know the item has been received, with authorization to recharge their account. Otherwise, please consider this claim closed.

Thank you for selling with Amazon.com.

I gave them the delivery conformation number, information about the mail forwarding company. Explanation about situation. Clearly the buyer never contacted me as theres no history in amazon so shes lying... Yes I still lost.

What more could I have done?

I probably would have called Amazon the second I learned I sent it to a forwarding address. You can have a friend do it as you are not female. give your "new" email address to the company to have them send a copy of that scan you didn't receive cause you are having trouble with email

Present that scan as proof to amazon it arrived at that address.

You can do nothing more my friend. Amazon closed me down the first time after receiving 1 negative feedback out of over 90 processed orders. I have went through 4 accounts now and each one has more than 90% feedback. The best way to deal with Amazon is to create an account, wait 7 days, add a bank account, wait another 7 days, then start selling. Get in and get out! That's the way of the Amazon!
