VPN/PROXY option under stealth

Hello All:
I have looked over the discussions in the forum and am still confused. I got both the eBay Stealth & Amazon Ghost and read through them carefully. Got one Amazon account up & running successfully.
Now I am trying to set up another one and have gone through all the steps including going the route of using VMWARE under a separate windows user login.

Getting confused on using VPN successfully. Thanks in advance for all the assistance/advice.
