I believe it was the VCC I was using. I'm gonna see if it's my VMWare. I think when creating a new OS it doesnt automatically create a new computer name and I would have to do it manually.

When 90 days past I email them again to ask them with what they have promised in the BBB case. They respond and release the fund

Also in SMAC disable all network adapters except for the one your virtual machine is using.
