Contact the BBB even if account was stealth? Did amazon disburse it to your bank account or did they send check? If by even check with different name and address?

@teufle, do you just send a message you have typed to BBB? Or does BBB do it for you.

Go to the BBB website, use that accounts email as your contact email, there form is very specific & they'll take care of it from there. Amazon always sends a generic response about sending a check to the address you created the account with but the BBB allows you to reject there resolution at which point you can request the check to be sent where ever you'd like. I have them send it in the stealth name & use different addresses. Amazon always drags the process out, but so far they've agreed to send 3 checks to the address I've requested. The other accounts are all in some stage of the process.

So are they just running with the money or they will send you a check?

I haven't recieved anything yet, they said it take up to a month. But from what I can tell they want nothing to do with the bbb, if I dont get them in a month I can always reopen the case

I just filed w/ the BBB too in exact same situation. I saw that teufle said you can have them send the check to another address if you reject their resolution but my question is if you opened the stealth account with a name completely different than your real name, are you still able to deposit the check if its not in your real name? I know people can sign checks over to somebody else if its in their name but if the name is completely bogus what are the options here in this situation?

It turns into a 3rd party check after the name on the check is signed on the back.

Another one of my account went down yesterday :(

This account have no A-Z claim or charge back. It was in good performance.

I open this account with webstore service and it auto disbursement every two weeks (not letting me doing it manually) and yesterday is the day that scheduled to disbursement day and I'm dying waiting for this money (almost 5K)

After work, when I get home the first thing I always doing is check my account. And I'm socked to dead :( won let me log in

Contact customer support as dumb and they collect information and said get back to me in 24 hours as they always do.

I then send email to Seller-Performance, Merchant-Disbursement-Inquiry, Payments-Funds, and Resolution ask about my account status and what happen?

Around 9PM I got an email from Seller-Notification that Deposit on the way to my bank. I don't know why and wish for the best.

This Morning I got two email from them:
- 1 from Seller Support said that they don't know what happen
- 1 from Merchant-Disbursement-Inquiry.
In this email they said my account is done :( and they reserving the fund and held it for 90 days for any claim, charge back. On the bottom of the email they state they are Payment Specialist.

I'm feeling stupid now. What happen if I not send them the email yesterday? Will my disbursement go through the process or still got reserve as they always do?

Thank you for reading. I just want to share what happen to me with everyone here. At least this time they told me to wait 90 days.

Mi rass 5k wtf! We need to talk :D! Regardless of whether you sent the email or not the funds would have been reversed. I got the email so many times and then 2 days later account get suspended or closed. The money didn't show in my bank account! If it does you lucky dog you!:pop2:

There so many issues on why it happens. I have tried so may tactics and then BAM my account gets closed.

Amazon clearly knows whats going on - it's even occurring to the 'non-stealth' sellers as well. There banning people left and right - trying to avoid people from using the turn n' burn method.

After many time communicated via BBB website and today they said:

"Thank you for contacting. Due to the policy violation, we have closed the selling account and we will not be releasing the funds on the account."

Fcuk Amazon. They stealth my 5K out of this account

Yes. I have ask them multiple time the reason and they did not answer. Keep telling me that they won't release the fund.

Do you mean they won't release the funds now or in 90 days? They are suppose to release your money in 90 days. Are they saying they will never give your money to you or they will in 90 days?
