Sure. Oh and with all of your orders, I'd send them a pm saying something like this Hi (insert name)
Thanks so much for your order. It went out today, same day you ordered.
Please let me know if any issues or concerns arise and I'll take care of it
Hope you have a wonderful week
Best Regards,
(your name)
If the listing says standard shipping and somehow it is sent expedited (2-3 days, meaning first class or priority) then tell them though the listing says standard mail, it was sent expedited. If you paid extra, let them know you paid extra to send it expedited. I include a note with my orders thanking them, and requesting if they are able to, leave feedback.
Very slightly with a yellow highlighter, I highlight the address. Just enough so the yellow kinda catches their eye
When pming the ship notification, don't choose "order information" from drop down menu. Not really suppose to send a shipping notice but I always have. Buyers appreciate the simple 4-5 sentence info getting straight to the point, contrary to Amazons shipping notice that gives no real definate dates of when it was shipped or when it will arrive
Amazon expects 10-20 % fb but if you can exceed that even by a percent or more, or remain closer to 20% in the beginning, you should get away with selling more on the 3rd month without issue. at least a thousand ( my experience at 23-25% fb non vero) especially if you keep a higher feedback rate. They were fine with me doing $1000 the third month and did slightly less the following month. My only claim came thru the 3rd month, just days after my review. My feedback was 23% at the time and I was confident Amazon Reps knew who was right, they veered toward comments that weren't favorable regarding the buyer. They can't stand swearing, neither can I really. You'll love Amazon
