Advice For Listing Restricted Items

I have a few brand-new very specialized sport clothing items that I want to list on Amazon but not sure if it worth it. I just got paid on my stealth account so don't want to mess it up by drawing to much attention to it. The clothing items are not something I would sell on a regular basis but they are very high quality and fetch a very nice price on Amazon. Absolutely no vero items or anything like that. Is it worth applying to be approved to sell clothes or should I just sell them on Ebay? Any words of wisdom?

I believe there are other people who sell in clothing and can give you some advice. Bottom line, if your account is new, I don't think you'll be getting approval to any restricted categories. Application requirements are steep and strictly enforced.

'A specialized sport item' may be subject to vErO rights. Can you qualify for the right to sell the item(s)? Is it possbile to prove their authenticity?

Do you have an ebay account capable of doing this? If not rethink the plan.

A ew ebay account low FB & say under 2 months old may cause problems.

You are in a spot, my friend Incorrect choices for either selling platform could cause account damage. That must be avoided.

yes, I can prove their authenticity, I bought them direct from the manufacturer, they are gi's. my ebay account is over 10 years old at this point so I should be good to go in that regard.

I wouldn't so much say "difficult" as time-consuming and costly to build up the sort of profile they will require. The path is clear, but it's a very long one.

Amazon doesn't have a program like VERO (which is a acronym used for eBay's implementation of DMCA requirements); they police the site themselves. You will not get to the point of having to prove authenticity. If Amazon suspects ⊗⊗⊗⊗, you will probably be booted.
