if you open up 10 LLCs and register 10 accounts... and you can sell $19999 per account without paying tax...
does that mean you can sell $199,990 between 10 accounts without paying tax?
or does the govt know and they can link up who registered the LLCs?

and also, if you open 1 account via SSN and 1 account via EIN sole prop...
can you sell 2x$19999 and not get 1099?

Still all good here, but i keep on getting emails from AZ asking for tax info and the yellow message is still there. But it doesn't have sep 30th anymore.

2) has anyone tried using same ssn or ein in different accounts. I read on amazon that you can use same ssn on differnt account and they will just add them up and issue you 1 1099k

Generally as long as your tax return doesnt stick out your chances of getting audited are small

iF YOUR GROSS SALE is $100,000 a year 10,000 to 20,000 profit is reasonable

You should not be afraid of getting audited. There are plenty of ways to deduct expenses while staying within the limits. You must spend good money on a CPA not just someone who calls themselves an accountant. The money spent will be made back every year in savings because they know the system. A lot of accountants will take advantage of you so beware when choosing a tax professional. This is not the place to save money and go cheap!

you have to be pre approved to be able to use the info more than once... u can try it and let us know though.. :D

You can have more than one as long as they approve you for it and the accounts are not selling the same stuff.

The status of listings will become "inactive", if the account has sold a lot and no tax id provided.
