For Amazon Stealth, using a new user on Window 8, will that be enough? Or do i need a new PC?

Yes new user account is fine. You don't need a new PC... But that's not all you need. Read your stealth guide more.

Yea looking at the Ghost guide, it only mentions using a Virtual Machine, it doesnt say anything about creating a new user and if that will work...

Additionally, it also says that even if you create a Virtual machine, you will still need to change your PCs mac address...so if you have multiple accounts on the same pc but using different virtual machines, how is it possible that you can change ur MAC address for each one??

Thanks guys!

I get a brand new MAC on every virtual pc I create. I've never had to change anything

i can confirm this. I have 3 vms running on my pc. Each were designated new mac address automatically upon creation. No need worry about how to change mac address on vms.

Easier way would be to use different user accounts. use technitium or smac to spoof mac.

Kind of on topic, I think: I am taking preliminary steps , preparing to create my stealth account. I am bleachbitting my system and adding a windows user account.

I changed my IP.

What is this about changing a MAC address?? I am creating only one---maybe two, but probably not at first----accounts. Is it still necessary to change the MAC address?

I have a combined router/modem and I am not excessively tech savvy but am trying to learn.

From Aspkin himself

"Amazon is more about browser fingerprinting, as mentioned in the guide. At this point I don't believe they're able to track MAC addresses. It's more about all other factors, your browser, IP address, browser cookies and flash objects. They can track based on IP range, thus I mentioned using a VPN provider. Using a VM will cover you in most other areas. All that is left is your personal account details: name, address, CC, phone number, etc. Makes sense? "

He sent that to me via PM
