You should be able to change your house IP, try unplugging it for a couple of seconds before plugging it back in. Failing that leave it unplugged for the entire night.

You need to read the Amazon Ghost again and again as it seems you have not grasped the simplest of instructions if you are asking this question. Until you understand don't try to open an account as it would be closed very quickly.
