20 accounts, under your same name, address, ip address, computer. Limits gone. cons?

So I just got off the phone with ebay. I guess you can have as many accounts as you would like with ebay! To sell that is! So, the last month I been doing servers/vps, learning coding and using my other past skills in life to work! Got a bunch of sim cards and so on.

I guess you can do it all from 1 pc. I don't sell vero items, I got my own products and brands. I can change prices and brands on my stuff like the wind blows. I already have over 20 auctions made for all of them already as it is. So what is the con of doing this?

I know if one account goes down they all fall like a deck of cards.

I got items to build up feedback, I am not worried about any limits cause I don't have any limits at all! So got off the phone with ebay and they can raise my limits on newer accounts as my main account. What would be the con? Don't trust them at all or what?

Silly me, I've already made 10 accounts fresh under a 2 months with limits of 100/$5000 already. Either keep them or sell them soon cause I have no use for them unless there are cons!

No matter what eB says, you take it with a grain of salts. Regardless of whether or not you can (supposedly) have unlimited accounts under 1 name (which I find crazy...), why would you not want to have accounts untied to each other? Different activities...more security...not living in the "fear" that if 1 goes down, all could follow? Seems logical not to have all your eggs in one basket, so to speak.

Well thank you. Not back for good. I spent countless months on here each hour of the day reading and reading. I see things have changed a bit on ebay with their rules! The good stuff they never say.

Yeah I guess I could open up more accounts and not link them then. A rep from paypal told me I'd need a new email address, bank account, along with a new credit card.

I might just do it that way all under my name then. No reason to go stealth on it.

Yeah, got 10 accounts up, I did 1 just to test out and all. Did good so I said 10 more, in 1 or 2 months. I'll get 35 more. Then stop at that. Plus I got friends selling my products and I charge them for it so it's good.

PLEASE dont just listen to the pp rep and expect things to go smoothly. DONT do it all under your name :( Stealth works and is SUCCESSFUL for a reason...all the members who have been suspended and got back on using stealth are proof.

Just looking out for you - but again, it's your decision.

Unless you got the statement in writing signed by the entire board of ebay, the info is not worth the paper it is written on.... and anything from them is worthless.

Be aware of this: do not let your own inexperience think you know better.

The premise is faulty.

Its implentation will cost you money when you could operate differently.

In the same time 20 accounts you just made will be useless at one point and if you had made 20 accounts CORRECTLY you would have 20 solid good ones instead of 20 useless ones.

I got all the accounts linked to the same shipping address. And I've already talked to ebay and they asked me on the phone why it's like that. So I explained to them, there are a few addresses by sellers that have the same.

They have 1 address with 2400 sellers hooked up to it. And it's not a problem!!!!!!

IF IT'S THE DROP SHIPPING COMPANY!!!! WAKE UP PEOPLE!

If ebay allows you to have drop shippers, and it's approved. Why can't I be my own "drop shipper company also" on a mini scale!

My 2 friends live at this address, their gfs have ebay accounts! So that's 4 + 2 of mine + stealths. No problems at all. They even called in to raise their limits with ebay/pp and they explained that they are drop shippers and do it for many others. Ebay said "okay as long as you guys have all the stuff and won't be short on items then it's good and ship daily" We told them we ship 3 times per week! M W F. Ebay rules 1 business day handling all of Tuesday Orders go out the next day. I don't sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ stuff.

And everyone at that address sells my products also! All my new accounts had their limits raised and yes people it's possible. If I had to listen to every word I'd die! lol. Rep did tell me if I linked my accounts, not the friends accounts but the ones in my name and one of the newer accounts has a problem then it hits them all (just mine not my friends).

And one of my buddies had a problem and got hit with a limit of 21 days by a professional buyer with items he doesn't get from me, no one else in that house hold got hit with 21 days, just his!

So you guys can be scared and crap your pants if you like! But this is my exp.

There are sections on ebay where you can have default shipping address or "shipping from" this is made due to drop shipping. And that's what I explained to ebay when I called in. I offer a service and make money off everyone! They said we've got some addresses with a lot more then that, it's fine. So it is!

Shipping address another story! What??? Ebay has approved drop shippers, and how many sellers on ebay use those to make money??? And use that address? Thank you!

Oh I even got a dummy site, just in case they ask to many questions. I'll be like "please go to the site to check it out" and it's already full of information. Drop shipper style baby!



Contact form, fax number, fwd number. etc. 10 steps ahead of iq 85 cleark. If your going to do something do it big! And there are 7 accounts, linked to 1 place for 3 months already. Never had any problems. And ebay said it's alright to do it. And I've spoken to 5 different clerks to be 150% sure! And I don't care for the 21 day hold on newer accounts. I am not starving for the money. And I am doing very good now!

Most of you are probably scared and don't want to risk it. I only found this site cause I got hit with feedback manipulation, and got my account back after 30 days no problems.

So I am fine and not worried at all. And when I got hit for 30 days, I still had my other account with real info selling while down for 30 days with no warnings or problems under the same address, and my friends had no problems with their accounts due to it!

And just to make things clear for you guys, I've used 1 account in 5 different countries with 5 different IP addresses. And guess what? NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT EITHER!

And for payment well you got to pay your WHOLESALER! lol

I wouldn't say they are scared, they are just planning for the inevitable. Reading your post is like hearing the tires being locked up, right before the crash. I mean that in the least offensive way, as I'm still considered a newbie here.

The whole reason behind creating multiple stealth accounts is to minimize the risk and have contingency in place. It's your choice to go the alternative route and if it's working for you, that's good.

I personally cannot have another eBay account in my name, as they have linked it with my previous account after hitting my $5k month sales limit.

I feel that it's just a matter of time before they catch up to you :/
But, it's all personal preference.. you are one in a million friend, good luck and hope to hear more success from you in the future.
