Ok to contact seller support for questions?
My account had been set up for about a week now and everything is ok so far. I would like to add more products, but some are not in the catalog and others are, but listed under false UPC's etc. One item is listed under a category that you cannot list in, but a subcategory that I can list in (so I was told on their seller forum). I want to get clarification, so is it ok to contact seller support or is it preferred not to contact (like ebay). Don't want to open a can of worms, but would like to list more of my products and their help online is clear as mud.
