Default Ok to contact seller support for questions?

My account had been set up for about a week now and everything is ok so far. I would like to add more products, but some are not in the catalog and others are, but listed under false UPC's etc. One item is listed under a category that you cannot list in, but a subcategory that I can list in (so I was told on their seller forum). I want to get clarification, so is it ok to contact seller support or is it preferred not to contact (like ebay). Don't want to open a can of worms, but would like to list more of my products and their help online is clear as mud.

So let me get this straight, you listed items under false category, now you want to list more items but you want to now contact Ebay about listing more items......

Now, where did I say that? I said that I would like to add more products but some items that are already listed are listed under false UPC's

I am asking about Amazon (posted under Amazon X), not ebay.

Nowhere did I ever say that I listed items under the wrong UPC's. I am saying that others have listed under wrong UPC's and I have the same product to list.

@ebazstealth, don't contact them - you are asking for someone to look at your account and what they will see is potentially BIG trouble for you...

Basically if I am correct in what you are saying "some other vendors products are listed under false UPC's on amazon already and you want to sell your items under in same false UPC" This I would say is risky cos as soon as a customer buys it and its wrong he is going to complain and you will get a policy warning,but the choice is yours. However DONT call amazon on this as they may assume you are trying the CHEAT there system and suspend you.

I really don't want to list under their false UPC. That is my problem. But I am not sure I can start my own listing (individual) even if I have the correct UPC. I was wondering if it is safe to contact support about issues like this, or is it better not to contact support if you have any questions/concerns?

Seller Support is there for that reason, to help sellers. Call them, say this is your product you want to sell and ask them advice on how to list it. Don't mention false UPC etc. You would I guess be better contacting them through seller central, help (top right)/contact seller support/then choose your topic.
