Default A few questions (uk amazon)

Ready to take another crack at Amazon Ghost guide to get back on, now that I am confident and successful with ebay and have a few questions. Not it will be UK Amazon:

1. Ghost is quite old now and people have said uk amazon has become increasingly harder to get back onto but do not state why. What new things are there that you need to do that are not in the guiide?

2. Correct that despite the guide stating on almost every change the important of changing MAC addresses, am I correct that this has been now disprove and we do NOT need to change them?

3. Relating to 3, will a clean install on a previously used laptop and Fresh IP be sufficient in a similar way to eBay Stealth?

4. Amazon is frequently used by myself and wife on legit accounts which have both been banned for selling. Am I right that these would cause a link, therefore was planning on using a separate mobile wifi data plan purely for amazon.

Many thanks in advance

1. Uk stealth has become a lot more difficult as they now often ask for a utility bill and photo Id such as a passport or driving licence.

2 Mac address is not tracked and does not need to be changed.

3 you don't need to do that. Simply changing your ip and using a different user account on the pc is enough.

4 yes it will get you banned and this is the absolute basics of stealth. If you need to ask that question I'd recommend you do a lot more research before proceeding and wasting a good bank account.

Thansk for the helpful responses.

No thanks for the patronising part at the end.

How is it patronising. If you dont know that using the same computer will get you linked chances are there will be a lot of other stuff you don't know. You don't know the absolute basic rules of going stealth.

Most things are very easy to replicate on Amazon but bank accounts are not. If you think suggesting you do some more reasearch before wasting one is patronising then you are in the wrong place.

Rather than getting into a raging forum war I will aplogise for accusing you of being patronising. It was a stupid question that I deep down knew the answer for, just wishful thinking.

I am very competent in eBay Stealth practices for the record, but Amazon scares me

Cheers for responding

Fair enough, to be honest eBay scares me a lot more than Amazon.

There are a lot of myths floating around with regards to Amazon but once you know the basics it's pretty simple. Things such as Mac address can 100% be ignored.

It wasn't meant to be patronising, just a warning as I'm sure you know bank accounts are not worth wasting when everything you need to know can be found here.

I set an Amazon account up a few nights ago for the first time in over a year and it's now up and running fine. It literally took 5 minutes but I'd have no idea how to do that with eBay.

The MAC address. That what has put me off for so long! Once I started seeing that it wasnt needed that is what got me confident to try it again.

Good to know that pretty much as long as you know eBay Stealth well then you can do Amazon easy enough.

I'm so confused over this MAC address.

Many people on this forum have mix reviews about this.

I always downloaded VM Player, although hate due to speed going slow and takes too much space

barrycruan posts indicate that MAC address is not an issue - I have operated based on this without problems...

I lost 02 europe amazon stores last week
using the same computer
different users
the two stores were used Fresh IP
for each of them
* following all the rules of
* Ebook Amazon Ghost
they were suspended at the same time (I can not log in the two)

this reason to believe that they see
MAC address!!
