every time i create a new account after 3-4 sales it goes into 28 day hold review and 2 weeks later suspended asking for invoices and questions about my business .

i give them info about my business then they would write back just asking for the invoices . i send them the invoice

then next day bang i get this

I don't know about Amazon UK, but Amazon US recently had a policy change requiring any seller of DVD's with a MSRP of $25 or more to be pre-approved. MSRP means the manufacturer's suggested retail price, so even if you want to price your DVD's at $15, you still cannot list them. They did this because of all the counterfeits being listed.

I know things are different in the UK, but my guess is that Amazon is cracking down there as well. Usually when something comes to one country, it spreads to others as well. Amazon finally had enough with the counterfeit sellers. I was wondering when they were going to restrict DVD's.

Anyway, adrian03, you might want to stay away from DVD's altogether, as listing them will probably cause them to scrutinize your account.

If you have a UK account created some point last year then no problems, only had low sales, but it is still working despite being in a review and having a 2 week rolling reserve, if I want funds out quicker once I have added despatched I can get them quicker, so no problems.

Been selling used DVDs for about 2 years on a Amazon UK Ghost account but I also think the problem could be due to risk of counterfeits.
I’ve been hoarding popular text books just to sell on a new eBay Stealth account. I’m guessing books are ‘low’ risk compared to DVDs. Sell low risk items till feedback comes in then switch to selling whatever.

How to get around the bills proving an address if the addressee lives at the same address as a banned individual?

well here another problem not only will they ask for id but if you are asked for id and bill and get past that stage and you are trading as a individual they will make you change into sole proprietor and you need to type in a UTR number thing is can they verify that number and will a false number just do the job any body know ???
