Amazon UK Invalid CC

Two questions:

1) Is this just effecting new accounts?
2) Is the problem when paying Amazon Fees or when requesting manual disbursements?

It is effecting mostly those people who are trying to open a new account and those whose vcc is expired.

Could somebody please further confirm whether this issue strictly affects sellers only?

Would I (for example) come across any problems if I tried to use one of the listed cards a few posts back (i.e. Entropay, 3V, Neteller, Vanilla Visa) simply to open a stealth buyer account and make purchases only?

Why is costing you, just use the card to buy another one to try. You lose $2.50

Yes i have a valid VCC that works, but i can't sell them or say what they are on here. Aspkin keeps removing my thread, they want to to post 200 time a month and pay for their Stealth Book..lol . Website has been set up, but I have no way of accepting fund. Tried every merchant account out there, no one will give me one, and i can't use paypal, because if they see hundreds of dollars going in at launch date, they'll probably suspend it. If anyone knows a good merchant account, that i can use to charge myself or my card and charge buyers without getting suspended , do message me. I thought i had a good chance with selz, but the payment screen keeps on freezing on firefox and chrome, and worked a few times on IE. I tried stripe, and i thought it was quick and easy to setup, but they have some fraud system in place and i can't charge myself and thus suspended me, even i was doing it to test the system prior to launching.

Waiting to here on a business account for skrills, but the only other option is to upload and sell them on amazon..lol but then again amazon fees are just fing crazy. But could be my last resort. However it wouldn't be automated. got a cart manager setup, so as soon as customer pays they'll receive there card details. However I'm thinking perhaps, theres a way i can configure it. Or has anyone opened an amazon merchant/payment account before?

I found that 3v vouchers are only 3 months in longevity and not good unless boosting a balance of an existing 3v card which lasts a year and has always worked for me so I would verify for anyone who wants to try this to make sure they have a 3v card and not a voucher.

This was working for me but since the new AZ account verification changes, maybe this is all change now? Sadly I'm not in a position to verify yet as I'm awaiting verification of my Amazon account that was implemented a couple months ago.
