Default Million Dollar Account Suspended Please help!

Hello from Amazon,

We are writing to let you know we have removed your selling privileges, canceled your listings, and placed a temporary hold on any funds in your seller account. Any new selling accounts you open will be closed.

We took this action because our reimbursements team found you’ve submitted a high volume of insufficiently researched reimbursement requests to Seller Support which is prohibited by FBA’s policies: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/custo...deId=200242960 .

Specifically, our review found that you have repeatedly shipped less quantity than what was submitted on your shipment plan and have subsequently submitted reimbursement claims for the shortages.

We encourage you to take appropriate steps to resolve any pending orders. Note that any amounts paid as a result of A-to-z Guarantee claims and chargebacks may be deducted from your seller account.

After 90 days, the hold will be removed and any remaining funds will be available per your settlement schedule. In addition, balance and settlement information will be available in the Payments section of your seller account. If you have questions about these funds, please write to payments-funds@amazon.com.

Got this email! What should i do! We are million dollar account with amazon. Please help us! How should i appeal?? I don't know what we did. Haven't filed a claim for 2 weeks to.

You've sent less items to the FBA than were actually sold, so they ran out of stock and had to refunds their buyers.

You got a warning for sending in mismatched inventory to FBA, they give you a warning once before actually banning you. You will need to submit a DETAILED plan on how you are going to fix this, step by step if you want a chance.

What do you think you try to get money from AZ this way? Where sending less items and claim on them for lost! Very funny they done right step to remove your account

And you mentioned you not done any claim for past 2 weeks this shows how many claims you do

I send send over 2k Items per week to AZ and very rear they loose few items and not bother to claim back from them as they giving me enough business

Golden rule ignor Small damages and claims even from customers batter for longterm

After loosing your account you should learn this

They are saying you sent in less items then what was in your shipping plan, and then filed claims to get Amazon to reimburse you for "lost" inventory. I.e. Amazon found out that they have been giving you money for inventory that you never sent in the first place (and that you've done this more than once).

honestly with a million dollar account why are you even here. I don't want to sounds harsh but shouldn't you have an account manager at amazon that assist you.

They didnt even give you an option to appeal unless you cut off the last part of the email. The severity of this is huge as amazon had your account looked at and cross referenced to verify what they are claiming.

This clearly isn't some bot generated email we have become accustom to seeing. I think you need lawyer help or from real professionals.

You have been defrauding amazon possibly out of a lot of money and they probably warned you many many times as they usually do before banning you for good as your shady business practices continued.
