Amazon suspended account. What do you think?
Hello,
My account was suspended yesterday night.
First I did get a notification about, that a customer complained about the item it would be "inauthentic".
In this Mail, they pleased me to "edit" the listing to get it back on amazon.com. And I should review if everything is matching the products details.
Then about 6 hours later, the account was suspended because:
Hello,
You currently may not sell on Amazon.com because of concerns that your items may infringe intellectual property rights or may be inauthentic.
To maintain a trusted marketplace for buyers and sellers, we take immediate action when we identify a buyer complaint regarding the authenticity of products.
My thought is, that it will be about the products right? Also in the past, they just asked for invoices to send them but now in the message there is nothing. I should just edit the listing? I didn't edit yet because I'm asking to which email should I send them my invoices to proof them the items are 100% authentic.
I also have 100% feedback. No return reports or any claims open. So that is so weird in my opinion.
What do you guys think?
