Reimbursement for a lost shipment.
So basically i sent in a shipment worth 3,000GBP on November 16th, and amazon
never even acknoledged that they received it. I have been on several chats and
have a open case with them to try and get the money back but its like running
around in circles with them. I keep getting told 'wait 48 hours and there will be
a update on the case' but there never is. I provided Amazon with the tracking
to prove it was delivered and i gave them a document from the courier which
shows it was signed for by a worker.
Any suggestions on what i should do?
