So I got a listing removed for selling a used like new item. I provided the plan of action and they gave me this reply.

Hello,

We received your plan to address the problems we identified. Please reply to this message after you have implemented all of the remedies outlined in your plan. Once we receive your email, we will review your account and decide whether you may sell on Amazon.com again.


It seems like they changed how they reply now. They used to reply just stating that your listing has been reinstated. Now they are sending this email.

What would you write? Just say, I have implemented all of the remedies outlined in my plan.

i would reply with explaining the procedures you have put in place for each point on your plan. explainn how you wont be making these mistakes again and how you have created a list defining each type of item condition and after inspecting each item you will refer to that sheet to decide which condition its most suited for.

Exactly.. They just want you to confirm you have already moved forward with the fixes and moving forward you won't experience the same problems.
