Used Karma Go 3G hotspot- safe?

I bought one of those Karma Go 3g wifi hotspots. It doesn't look like it has a SIM card, I think you just contact them to activate it. Anyone used one of these? With a new account, I should get a unique IP, correct?

You said you acquired it so why not start testing if it gives you dymanic IP or static... Your answer is right in your face..

The question was whether it potentially re-uses a previous IP since the hotspot device itself is used. Anyone with direct experience with these devices please let me know.

It should be fine... I don't see why it would be a problem unless you personally re-use an Ip address that you previously used.
