Exclamation appeal. please advise

I made a plan of action on the issues which sent me Amazon. in response they wrote me a new issue, this:

----
Hello,

We received your information, but your plan is not complete. Our review of your account found the following problems.
Some of your buyers have not received their orders on time. Explain how you will prevent non-receipt and late-receipt complaints in the future.

To sell on Amazon.com, please reply to this message with your plan to address these issues. Once we receive your plan, we will review it and decide whether you may sell on Amazon.com again.
----

The fact is that I do not remember that there were problems with the delay in the delivery of my orders and 99% of the orders were processed through the FBA. I checked my orders, there were a lot of them and did not find those where there were delays in delivery or something like that.
But I understand that arguing is useless.

Please advise how best to answer them for it so that it satisfies them.
thank you.

What percentage of your orders were late? and of those late orders, what portion of those were FBA? Im trying to determine if you have the possibility of arguing that it is the FBA program that is at fault. If that is indeed the case, you may want to tell them that you will NO longer use the FBA Program, and ship things yourself.

In all honesty it has been my particular experience that NO matter what you tell them they will still deem it unacceptable. I Personally have never been able to convince Amazon with any plan of action,,but I know that others here have, so its always worth it to try.

AZ are useless does not matter if you doing fba and even no late delivery send them what they asking or your account will not restore
Simply send them what you have done in past to change the way you ship and explain them you going to take these steps to prevent futures delay

They just interested in why happen In past and why will not happen in future that's all

Good story and account back to normal

As a prime member buying things, I've noticed their "free 2 day shipping" isnt ALWAYS 2 day anymore. They're slacking a little on their own!

They are referring to FBM orders. Check your metrics for FBM and you most likely had orders that were shipped late or something similar.

They wouldn't punish you for FBA orders that arrived late, they are responsible for shipping under FBA.
