I had my first account suspended for inauthentic complaints in 2015, had it reinstated in September 2017. It just got suspended again 5 days ago for inauthentic complaints, once again reinstated.

I'm selling branded clothing which is very difficult although proven possible

What's the general timeframe for invoice and website review on an appeal?

Here is what I've received after I submitted my invoices:

- You have provided a tax free certified copy.
Please provide an invoice reflection the itemized list of goods purchased and the terms of sale.

Please respond to this case by providin documents that remedy the issues described above. Please ensure that the documentation you submit meets the following requirements, as applicable:

* Invoice(s) must have at least 10 units of products that you are applying for.
* All documents must include the issuer's name and contact information.

Those invoices was application for brand approvement (I want to start selling new restricted brand), so I click on random item and then follow the application steps.
If I understand correctly, they want new invoices for 10 pieces just for this random product that I clicked on?
But what about the second * ? My account name, address and etc. is included in the invoice.

This is why I avoided Amazon so long. Now we stopped buying from China suppliers, private label or any of that. Only doing business with US suppliers. So much simpler in long run and just as profitable.

Is that possible to appeal again with a new invoice template even if they "don't like" the first invoice template for the same items? Isn't it looks ⊗⊗⊗⊗ tho?

If the account is suspended they will more likely reject but if it's normal removal good invoices works even if other invoices rejected
