We still need more information about the items at the end of this email. Please reply to this email with the following information:

-- Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders, or authorization letters from your supplier issued in the last 90 days. The quantity of items shown should match your inventory.
-- If you are not the brand owner, provide an authorization letter and a complete set of documentation, including authorization letters, to prove a valid supply chain.
-- If you are the brand owner, provide a copy of the brand registration certificate, and business license or personal identity card.
-- Contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, email, and website.



How would you respond? We buy from a distrubtor . Source is legit. However I dont have authorization. We get it from the distrubtor who has all of that. What do i need to do to get reinstated?

Ask distributor to provide you with it.

Call your distributor and get all those things you need.

Then call amazon once you submitted them.

This is a tough one. Normally even if they "think" it's ⊗⊗⊗⊗, you are toast.

If you haven't already , get the Amazon Ghost and start making new accounts now.

Amazon is very very tough.

Make sure the invoices you use come from reputable USA/UK vendors.

i had that email on two ghost account the very next day after creating the account recently, i have the Amazon Ghost book and i used to create account without a problem before, has anything change?
