Cant open a new amazon account. Could not login old one.

Hello everyone.
I am new. if I am doing or posting something wrong apologies in advance.
I been selling in amazon for few months. Then they took my account to review. Wanted documents. One document needed to arrive from HMRC. Then I upload all documents, result is wont let me login anymore.
Tried to open new account, wanted all documents again. Then they said you suspended before. What shall I do? can I not a open an account anymore?
is there any way to buy an amazon account like we buy ebay accounts?
sorry I am quite new and sorry about my lack of knowledge. Thank you very much in advance for any help.

They did not like something in your documents and deleted your account was it your own details or stealth?
